Hi, I was a reader of this webcomic some time ago but sort of lost track of it until recently, and have been re-reading it with great pleasure, getting back up to speed again. But coming back to this site, some things seem to be missing and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for them.
Character Sheets – I thought there were some RPG character sheets for all of the main characters here before, intermixed with the comics. What happened to them?
Crossovers – Shadowgirls appears to periodically feature characters from some other comic(s). I recall some now missing guess strips featuring them. One such crossover character is this wizard named "Mordecai" – does anyone know where he comes from?

First off, welcome back. If you have any other questions, I'll do what I can to answer them. We had a hiatus last fall where we revamped everything on the site. We took out some of the filler material, and left only the "canon" stuff.
The Character Sheets: We original did these some time ago to be able to give a teaser to the upcoming RPG book… But, well to be bluntly honest, the RPG book is in "developmental hell" so we took those down. We’ve been meaning to create a small sub site to re-upload the stuff to, but it’s not exactly high-priority… So… Yeah.
Crossovers: Mordecai is a mathmagician from another project D.Rod was working on called "Psychomancers". That other project has changed somewhat now, and it’s all different. It happens from time to time. But that version is still the one we use in SG. (He’s recently popped up in Lindsey’s spinoff story.)

Good Idea – Getting your Insider character into the comic
Bad Idea – Joining the EOD to do so. Gratz to Jacobus for the New Avatar!

If I had thought to archive the Bitter Souls I'd have found a way to post that too. I'll send up the character Sheets this weekend, since I'm going to need to rebuild Gamede to retrieve the PDFs.

Is there any chance someone has the old Psychomancers material to be uploaded as well? I confess from what little I've seen of them (especially in the Lindsey series), they seem terribly intriguing and I'd love to see more of them. Mr. Reynolds, might I ask how Psychomancers has now changed?

The differences between the Psychomancers that has shown up in the book, and the newly changed project, I can't really talk about it as I'm not involved with that project. It's a really different concept, though what I've heard and seen… It's going to be really cool. But I can't say anything about it. Sorry.

One other thing – the Wowio versions of Shadowgirls are apparently no longer available. Is it possible to purchase PDF's of Shadowgirls anywhere? Thanks much.

You're right that our stuff is no longer on Wowio. And most of the stuff that was there is already here for free anyway. (In fact, the stuff that's here is actually newer, because after the end of last season, we went back over some of the pages, and we corrected some grammar errors and art inconsistencies.) There's a not really a place to buy the PDFs, because… Well, there are none. With the advent of eReaders like the Kindel and the iPad, PDFs are an option we're looking back into. But not right yet.

I'm with you. Part of the reason I've been chomping at the bit for the RPG for 3 years is I want to see if how Psychomancers work in game terms…
