Shadowgirls

Looks like Miles is doing that head dodge thing they digitally did to Harrison Ford in the second (or third) "re-mastering" of A New Hope.

I ponder just how "Gertrude" would react to what my sister did with her first born. I think it was last year when they visited (and they do visit…often), and the then-3-year-old was being hesitant to eat his some of his food. Sis then had the idea to cover some of said food in chocolate syrup. And it worked. Whatever he wasn't eating at first, he'd start to get a taste for after a hint of chocolate got involved. Don't know if she still does that, though.

I know a person or two like "Gerty". Someone who means well to some respect, but gets too wrapped up in being "helpful" to realize when they start doing more harm than good. People who DO NOT WANT to face the fact that their help/advice/assistance isn't needed. Unfortunately, you try and bring this to light to such people, and they get offended and treat you like the bad guy.

So I'm running a 4e D&D game that I'm rather proud of, problem is that showing it on here is rough, as it's on a Members Only site. Membership is free (though tools do cost). Going to try to post part of it in a Spoiler cut in a moment.

So I joined a Roller Derby team.  So far I've got 3 bruises (one on the throat/neck) and some strained muscles in unfortunate places.  This team is starting BRAND SPANKING NEW from the ground up, and so far we're hitting the ground running (or skating).  Check out our website here: Tri City Regulators

Eventually we'll be a bunch of mad tough girls skating around in cowgirl outfits dressed head to toe in purple and black. 

I spent a lot of money on my birthday(the 16th) buying things like the first three books of "Fall of Cthulhu", and several other awesome things.
