Okay. I'm completely clueless when it comes to the opposite sex. Completely.
A girl would literally have to crawl up on top of me for me to finally realize "Oh, she has an interest in me?" I'm THAT clueless. And I cannot count how many times this has backfired on me. Apparently, because I'm always trying to be polite and a gentleman, I don't realize that they're hitting on me, and they assume I have no interest or that I'm gay. And then when I finally realize that they had a thing for me… They've already moved on and met someone new. I have no idea how many times this has happened, and I'm certain there's other times I still do not know. (That part depresses me.)
However, I'm ALSO as clueless going the other way! Now I flirt with just about any member of the opposite sex, regardless who they are. But when I develop an interest in them, I clam up tight ad get nervous around them. But this one girl in particular I met a few years ago in person. I like her. (As in "like-like" her. And I'd like to smack the elementary school kid who first coined "like-like".) But I don't want to scare her off or fall into "the friend zone" like what's happened so many times before. So I try to make a balance, I try to play it cool and keep this going somehow, until… Until I have no idea. I have no plan or strategy. I suck at this, but I do it anyway.
So a few months later, I'm talking to her on the phone, and the conversation starts leading that way. So I'm sitting there like a teenage boy, fumbling with the phone in my hands, (and it's a hands free bluetooth) trying to see if I can swerve the conversation elsewhere. And she's giggling the whole time, which I'm thinking "Oh shit, I'm gonna blow it. I'm gonna tell her and this is going to turn all weird and she won't even want to be a friend, and I really like her." And finally, after a half an hour of nervousness… I kinda squeak it out. Her answer:
"Yeah, I've always know. It was pretty obvious."
And I realize… I am completely clueless when it comes to women. I could write a book on how stupid I am at times.
*sigh*
Let's switch questions.
Favorite Muppet?

Kermit. And I can relate to him on sooooooo many levels.
Changing the question slightly. Which Muppet is your favorite, and which do you see yourself as being most like?

Ludo – Most of the time I can take care of myself and help others out in ways that are specific to my abilities, but I accept help sometimes too. Even if I growl about it.
I mostly forgive people when they drop me on my head, but I will be vicious to people who continue to attack me.
And finally, people usually see me as one of two things – Soft and cuddley, or scary and threatening.

Favorite and the one I'm most like… Take your pick either Stadler or Waldorf. Anyone who knows me can see it and knows why.

I'll write the foreward. Hii-ooooooh!
Anywho…
I guess for favorite (which as a kid was Grover then Elmo) and most identifiable would both be Animal. I've always liked the misfits, and I can be calm one minute, and freakin' scary the next. And I'm just [bleep]ing crazy.

Since he missed the Q again, I'll launch a new one:
DO the Seseme Street Muppet characters count as Muppets?

They do. They were developed by Jim Henson, weren't they? Automatically Muppets.
So I'm going to play Wii tonight. What do you recommend?

What do you consider is the best novel to movie adaptation made? (Comics count.)

Jurrasic Park spring to mind, not the greatest ever perhaps, but certainly one I didn't find myself wanting to throw copies of the novel at the screen while I was screaming at it.
The worst one though is probably Jurrasic Park 2, which didn't even have the same characters or even a remotely similar plot. Also one of Chriton's poorest novels to date (IMNSHO). Or maybe the third Harry Potter film. I complained so loudly that my wife actully forbid me to read books 4-7 until I've seen the movie.
Same Q: best movie adaptation

I'm thinking that Lord of the Rings would be at the top of my list. They weren't perfect but they were very good about following most of the books.
Same question.

Definitely agree with the Lord of the Rings.
Best ever, though, has to go to To Kill a Mockingbird. It was almost identical, right down to some of the dialogue. LOVED that movie. (Yes, I know it's old, but it was still amazing.)

Identical Dialogue != Good remake. The point would be Leo DiCaprio's Romeo and Juliet. *shivers*
And just to plug and sidetrack, I say we open a Clash of the Titan's thread…

Might as well answer my own question: Andromeda Strain. (1971) Other than changing a name and gender of one of the characters, it was pretty faithful to the book.
New question:
A lot of us have been to conventions before, either as guests or just to go. What is the thing you hated the most about them?
