That's right, it's back.

For those unaware of the game, it goes like this: Someone asks a question, you answer.  Then you can either leave it open for the next person or ask one of your own. Remember   to keep both Q's and A's respectful and clean for your fellow posters. The normal forum    rules apply.

So, that having been said (eh, typed, rather)…who goes first?

You can see if you check my Facebook page! Yes, that was a shameless plug.

But whatever. I got Lindsey (though our scars are from far different circumstances).

Who else got what character?

Haven't taken it yet, and I'm a little leary too. Most of these quizes are so maddeningly shallow that by the third question I can auto choose any character I want. Scars being point in case, there's a lot more to lindsey than scars, that should only come out in a tie-breaker situation.

Anyways.

Anyone else getting the overwhelming urge to change your sig-file to seseme street?

"This post brought to you be the letters D, and the sum of 11+7."

It's time for another good idea, bad idea:
Good Idea – Getting your Insider character into the comic
Bad Idea – Joining the EOD to do so.

Gratz to Jacobus for the New Avatar!

I'd like to see harder math problems. Ooh, or word puzzles. I'm a fan of word puzzles. :)

My question: The Oscar nominations were made this week. How many of the "Best Film" nominations have you seen?

I'm a grouchy old lady with a fancy phone and a knitting habit.

I saw Avatar and Up.

Is it bad that I had to look up who was nominated?

Not at all, I didn't even bother to look up who was nominated.  Also, I got Paul on the facebook quiz.  That's right, too good for my own good.  *le sigh*

What should I put a quote, a picture, or a banner in my signature?

Just a pretty little flower, but don't make the mistake of thinking it's sweet.

And a banner or quote from SG can never go wrong :) .

What other webcomics do ya read?

I read:

MegaTokyo – because it was the first webcomic I ever read.

Pictures of You – because it makes me feel warm and nostalgic (and the writing/art is great).

Our Time in Eden – because I like Gibson Twist's work.

Templar, Arizona – because it reminds me of my beloved Transmetropolitan.

Flaky Pastry – because I have this bad habit of following banners to works of depraved genius ;)

Zebra Girl – because Joe England's art is amazing.

Menage a 3 – because I'm a guy, obviously (and it's funny) ;)

Guilded Age – because it makes me chuckle at the years I've wasted playing World of Warcraft.

And this one – because it's the best one I read. And it has mermaids ;)

Note that with the exception of Flaky, Zebra and Mega, the others are sometimes NSFW due to the 3N's (Nudity, Narcotics and Naughty Words).

So, who's next with a laundry list of webcomics?

I read far to many but I can put up a partial list.

Order of the Stick- because it is a funny web comic that has developed into an epic story

Darken - because good is dumb

The Phoenix Requiem- because the art and story are amazing

8-bit Theater – sword chucks

Goblins

Weregeek

Finder's Keepers

Questionable Content

Any fun plans for this weekend?

Got my bro coming up for the weekend – three nights of one dvd after another, at least one bottle of Mr Daniels (and one of Polish absinthe this time), a lot of beer/cider, a mountain of tortilla chips. It'll be an absolutely typical display of English binge-drinking for at least 48 hours… and come sunday if there's any absinthe left… absinthe fudge, anyone? Absinthe ice cream? ;)

Anyone doing anything better?

I'm making a D&D character tonight, practicing jiu jitsu tomorrow, and playing a Werewolf game on Sunday before I watch the SuperBowl with friends. :)

So, what's the scoop on that forum-based RPG based in the Shadowgirls universe forum there anyways? :)

In short, a while back, a few forumites (we call 'em Insiders) made an online RPG forum game. And we occasionally slipped them into the comic. It's pretty self explanatory really… I believe it's just waiting for some finer details before starting up again. Hopefully one of the game players can answer a bit better.

My plans for the weekend is breaking in some new art pens and sending out a couple of presents. (I might watch the Super Bowl, but… You know… I hate the Saints. :P )

Same question.

My plans right now consist of beating a furniture liquidation store into giving me a refund due to the bed frame they sold me being too small (as in they are selling it as a twin size bed frame, but it doesn't fit twin size mattresses or boxsprings

My Question: Why do we have to be good at, and solve math problems to reply to a post?

I’m red, white, blue, tattooed and just don’t care; I’m the all-American nightmare.

The idea is to prevent people from posting stupid or insulting or otherwise unthinking stuff in a fit of drunken foolishness.  If you can't solve the math problem, you're too intoxicated to post.

For those who are in general bad with math problems, there's always pocket calculators.

So, does anyone think the storm that is currently working its way from the west and south into northeast tonight and tomorrow will bury New York City enough to interfere with people's Superbowl parties on Sunday?
