And actualy. you COULD add attempted theft of Police properity and Hacking/cyber theft to the charges. Max is a cyborg after all.

Hmm, call me crazy here, but I do believe the Daves are rather fond of "comic books" and "super heroes". This looks to me like ye olde "Good guy comes back, kicks some ass, bad guy looks like they're totally beaten but then comes back at the last second to get away/do some damage on the way out, etc". I would be INCREDIBLY surprised if Moira was defeated here, even temporarily.
That being said, I think I am now in love with Max. That WAS a very awesome and spectacular ass-kicking. The whole "reading her rights" thing while doing it was Bruce Willis-levels of awesomeness. Oh Charon, I'm so sorry for straying! *shame*

Actually it means the end of section, and not exactly an issue. (Though in webcomic terms, what's the difference, really?) The page was drawn some time ago, and it was meant to run on a Friday. However, I think Independence Day threw it off a bit.
I just forgot to remove it from the web image. That's all.
