Hmm. This doesn't bode well. I'm not worried so much for Lindsay at the moment as I am that, if the "coming soon" panel that depicted this is accurate, then the other ones might be as well, and some of them didn't look good at all.

I think I recognised the tombstone in the background.
It's that level of attention to detail that makes the comic so much fun to read. Though I wish I'd have realized they started Alt-texting the comic earlier.

Some years back, I was working in a bar as a barback. (Or runner if you prefer.) There was a skirmish that broke out and someone got into my face, threatening to kick my ass. I did what any sane man would do, and kissed his nose.
I got punched so hard, it cracked a back molar.
Good times.

Well, at least we're not going to have to wait long to see this concluded. The end of the issue is on Friday, and then we don't get back to the main story until January. I just hope we get to see The Destroyer's personal Deus ex Machina before then, though I've got an idea on who that might be…

Given the color of the magic, and the fact that she was the last one Charon was with before Lindsay called, Moira does seem most likely. Although if it is her, that likely means she'll soon end up having the die as well as that freaky eye thing. We don't need her becoming even more powerful.

I had a similar experience once, long time back. Only I was hammered and not really concerned about noses, so kissed him on the mouth. He nailed me in the gut and I puked on him… the fight kinda went out of him then. Ah, bar fights… them's were the days

Aw fudge. These guys were my second guess, but that does not fill me with joy. I'm sure the full Shadowchild could mop the floor with these goons, but Becka's still incapacitated.
