Well, I don't know if Max is going to buy it (she may need the business card of one Winry Rockbell, though…yeah, yeah, I know, "too much anime"…). In a short time, she's gained quite the following, so if that was the original intent, that could always change. Heck, look at Waspinator.
I may not've deduced just HOW this tussle would've gone down, but I doubt very much that Moira would've been taken. It was a nice scene, but I don't know how menacing she'd be behind bars. Well, maybe alot, but even still, she seems to take a certain pleasure in the…tactile aspect of dispatching her foes or failed underlings.

Y'know when I saw that flatline in the "preview window", I figured we'd be going to Becka's hospital room. Either she flatlined briefly or that was a small portion of a larger screen that WASN'T flatlining, and the portion shown was intended to fool us.
I'm weird.

Two things.
#1: I hope that the 'status locked'-line means that Max went into backup mode and may yet survive to return/be repaired.
#2: I would be extremely happy to know that, at one point or another, Moira will get what she has coming to her. This was not merciful. Mercy would have been to just kill Max once her arm was disabled, rather than ripping her to pieces while she was still alive.

I know we all want to cleave to the Super Hero, and that Max was just so bloody awesome, but this is Lovecraft Country people, we need a Body Count.
