It doesn't Appear to be pulling from Gravatar.com, and it's using the default one over my uploaded one. unless the uploaded one is on here, then they don't update avatar pictures globally.

Also, is there any way to add an edit feature, so we can go back and correct things, or add them so we don't get 3 posts in a row by the same idiot who keeps forgetting something?
And an option so that things post in reading order, this new post on top thing is going to wreak havoc on trying to read though the RPG posts.

Okay, there' snot a whole lot I can do, since I'm not tech savvy, but here's what I could fix:
- First, I fixed the "posting order" issue there. That was kinda annoying.
- I fixed the Avatar thingie. It was a simple selection deal, and increased the avatar sized to 100px.
- To my knowlegde, you had editing capabilities now. At least I think you do. It's a bit hard to tell since I'm on the admin side of things. Let us know if you still don't.
- I've tried getting the breadcrumbs at the top to go horizontal. I'm probably missing something totally obvious, but for the time being, we might be stuck with it being with it being vertical for the time being.
-That said, I did fix the "HOME" button. But on the same note, I got rid of it too. I figured the home button is going to be at the top of the page… It's redundant. But it's fixed if we need it!
- The right side column… When the new site launched soon, those two columns will be merged into one, making the post windows here wider. I'm hoping. I'll have someone look into it soon to make sure. (It's kinda annoying.)
- Tweaked the colors to more closely match the comic colors, but at the same time, keeping it "workplace friendly".
- Tags and smileys… I'll have someone check into that too. 
Like I said, please, by all means point this crap out to us so we can fix it!

OK, so we'll be testing the edit shortly.
The bread crumbs is adding a <br /> after each element. I don't know why, but if you get rid of that, it should fix.
As to the width, yes, the new page should fix that, and that might fix Spring's edit issue as well. Im using a different computer today, so we've got an update, this IE scrolls over So the tool bar at the top of the window looks to be to blame. The last 3 buttons, preview, Edit HTML source, and Toggle Spell Checker are to blame. They're making this object bigger than the column. Interestingly, the page is still 768 wide, even though I'm on a wide screen monitor. Also, The text in the editor is staying column wide. If you measure from within the padding it's exactly the width from gray to gray.
EDIT: EDIT WORKS!
EDIT to EDIT: OMG! the edit screen is super disorted. Path box and tool bar box are 250 pixels or so tall, and the image side bar is scrunched down to maybe 20px. I think it'd be smaller if there were fewer letters in Monster.

I finally went to Gravatar and uploaded her there. Seems to have worked.
I still wonder why it wouldn't post when I uploaded it here… could it have been
because it was actually 100×62 pixels instead of 100×100? *shrug*
Guess it doesn't really matter.

I know. For some reason, we have ti set to Gravatar being the default immediate icon place. Since the new forum is tied into Wordpress it goes there. If one didn't have a Gravatar account, I think it would work fine.

Also, comic Comment link is pointing to the Blog post intead of an Episodes comic post. Also also, when I log in on a post I want to reply to, it takes me to the forum main page, not the page I wanted to comment on.
And, while I *LOVE* the automatic "new message" list. I can see where weekly visitors to an active forum might not want that list every time they go to the main page.
EDIT: MORE CONTAINER OVERFLOW ERRORS!
D-Rod quoted me, and it overflowed.
Anythread with Sporkbots (admittedly awesome) Awesome Sauce picture is overflowing slightly. This MIGHT (ye gods I hope not) mean a limit on icon size, though a forced width resise none by your scripting to be (%screen width -( [margins]+10) ) would likely suffice.

The New Posts icon on the forum index in the forum sections are not going away after I read everything in that section. The individual thread icons change but you would have to enter each section to see that there is nothing new.

I had to test the quote block thing here to see if it did break the overflow here. So far it seems safe. I think it's just images.
I did make an announcement about picture size limits in signatures. It's irritating, but it's nothing too demanding, until we get the bug fixed. THough I do wonder what this will mean for the art gallery.
As far as the new topics icons goes… I've been looking that over and over for like the last hour and nothing I do seems to fix it. It's like I can have them always on or never on… I don't know why that is. We'll figure it out. In the meanwhile though, we'll just have to put up with it.

I noticed you have an iframing popup functionality in place, you might be able to set a kind of auto thumbnail where the imag eis posted to 600px wide maximum in the thread, but it's a hypelinked image that opens the i-frame popup at full size. I've seen this done several places, the most contactable likely being Hawke with the Applegeeks.com archives, or Garth with the http://www.gcgstudios.com Artwork area. Also, shameless plug: Garth's art is AWESOME, but not always safe for work, so browse with extreme care.

I can't seem to find a feature that will show every post that I haven't seen yet, just the few that are on the top of the index. Most forums have a "View new posts" or "Unread posts since last visit" type of link which with higher activity would be more helpful than the Most Recent Topics With Unread Posts section. Also with the individual threads is there a way to add a "go to first unread post" instead of just the first and last post links? I can't seem to find a function that does this from the Simple:Press website but not sure if there is one I can't find.

Concur with Forsythe, non-Gravitar icons uploaded through the ShadowGirls account profile are not showing up. They're definitely getting saved somewhere, though; I'm getting errors when I try to re-upload the same file.

Okay… I just re-worked it a bit. Obviously it's working for Tink here, and if you right click her avatar you see it's hosted. So SOMETHING'S working. Right now, Im going to suggest reuploading avatars again. See if it helps at all now that I reworked the arrangement.
