Being Memorial Day Weekend, my sister and her family come on over from Michigan. She's got on 4 year old boy and twin 1.5 girls (non-identical).
I come home from work yesterday and find quite a sight, that the (technically) youngest girl had her hair done in pigtails. This was repeated this morning, and I think you'll agree that the resemblence is rather uncanny. It also works because the kids (on their Dad's side) are 1/4 Chinese.

Funny thing, I spent maybe an HOUR searching through the archives looking for a proper pic of Lindsey, only to finally check the character profiles page.
Now if only I could train her to express emotions through her hair, we'd be set.

Yeah, but I bet her mother would have a huge stink about it. "Get those electrodes off my baby" and so forth. Tch. Mothers…that are…also sisters.

The amount of Lin-Lin'ness would be roughly equal to 3.758201 Chuck Norris…or about a Bruce Lee

Twins, yes. However [the non-pictured] one has much lighter and somewhat shorter hair. However, she causes enough trouble for the both of them. And it is FRIGHTENING how adept that one is at giving the stink-eye.

Weird.
It's more or less what Adamas said. "Evil Eye" is something that might entail the glare-er to intend some harm or attack (physical or verbal) upon the target. "Stink Eye", especially in my niece's case, is more a "how DARE you?" or "I'm sorry…you want WHAT?" A lesser "Eye" in terms of antagonization.
