*sigh* I'm coming, Maz. Not like you haven't slept on my couch before. And you still owe me beer!
The rest of you… don't get eaten by anything.

Transfer? Medical care? I'm fine, it must have just been some bruising or something that had me a little worried. Besides I've got too much to do around Dinah's place. She's definitely lacking in the security department so I've been fixing a few things up around my skill level. Thinking of paying a visit to my buddy at the surplus store before my funds run out and I have to let myself get caught by questionable men willing to…. "donate" to the cause. And by "donate" I mean loot their unconscious bodies. If someone wants to jump someone else and possibly try to kill them they forfit any loot they have on their person in my book. Definitely got fired from Speedy Boy, so my ability to support myself is rocky at the moment too.
Taking a break and watching some crime shows for ideas on concealed weaponry. Plus I caught Mythbusters and I totally have to build a paper crossbow! Hmm, heading down to the craft store be back later.

Tain… please. You're so beat up and miserable looking, I saw a homeless man offer you a dollar while you were on your little errand. On top of that, you're in enough pain that you didn't fully note the mugger that meant you ill will until he keeled over with a dent in his cranium.
Call me a busybody if you wish, but you're a danger to yourself and others right now. We need you able to keep yourself together, and this will not take very long – and will only take longer if you make a pest of yourself in this matter.

Inara can be seen fiddling with the camera, clearly unaware that it's already on. After a moment, she mumbles something under her breath that sounds suspiciously like "poot", then moves back a few steps.
I hate this stupid thing, but I think you need to see this Tain.
Inara crosses her arms and gives the camera her best "mommy" glare.
Tainwulf, you insolent fool, get your butt to Hera. Now. Don't argue with me. I don't care if you are fine. It won't hurt to have her look at you. And if you are hurt and you don't get it taken care of, I will be dealing with you personally. Understood?

So that was you Fors, Your quick. And Tain I suggest you get to my trailer. I've seen enough of the angry Mother to NOT want to see the Lady Inara try it. Worse comes to Worse, I can see what I can do about Dinah's security. I have some spare locks… alarms… electrical capacitors…

What can I say, adamas? While I may never have joined my high school's football team, oh those many decades ago, I yet live up to one of their cheerleaders' frenzied chants. Fleet of foot, eyes of fire, never give in, fight fight fight! I may be a relative handicap to the group in a direct fight, but few can match my abilities at aspying the true layout of a tactical situation; I have a decided advantage based upon my… perspective on things.
Thoiugh forgive me for the digression, as that is wholly irrelevant to the task at hand. Having followed his shambling corpus back to the abode in which he temporarily abides, I can now guide a vehicle to Tain's whereabouts and then to adamas' kindly-provided shelter. Those individuals will then need to abide a short while, while I guide my mate to the same.
Lacking Dinah to transport him there, has anyone else an inconspicuous ride within range? I can likewise guide towards Tain's location, naturally, evading the patrolling vehicles.

Picture: A screen shot of a Penthius* map, with Dinah's house and Adama's Trailer clearly marked. A rather winding and circuitous route marked in red.
Camera's will be down along this path, and this path only, for a 15 minute window Tomorrow at 3:15pm. Note that it's a projected 20 minute drive. Best I can do.
Luck.
* OOG: Bonus points if you can name the TV show.

I do wish to point out that it would be a good idea to try get Dinah here as well, both for her personal and our operational security. That, and this feels really strange to say… but if Fides has contacted her she's our responsibility as much as Tain is.

Wholeheartedly agreed, adamas, but if she isn't drawing the enemy's ire and is keeping her head down then she's currently in less danger than Tain… that, and we've no right to interfere with her life if she is simply abstaining from participating in our little conspiracy. This life is not appealing to all, once its nature is fully realized, and one must draw the line between our foe's tactics and our own somewhere.

The video post opens with Dinah thumbing through a deck of cards. She is dressed like a diner waitress and there is dark circles under her eyes. She taps the cards straight and absently begins shuffling.
Gentlemen if we're going to move Tain we have about…
She pulls out a brass pocket watch and bites her lower lip and she releases the catch and consults the time. She nods and reaches forward. The laptop turns displaying a low rent apartment that's seem better days and some impromptu construction. Tain is passed out face down on a coffee table amidst what may be attempts at building an origami trebuchet.
…Seven hours. My boss's misstress is fond of Vallium and won't miss the few I lifted at the end of shift today.

Okay, that was… something I'd rather not re-experience; Tain, seriously, when you read this? Buy a bow-flex. I left my garbage truck stashed in town just in case, and together Dinah and I managed to get Tain loaded into it in back. I'm typing this into my phone as we depart town, but… whoops, Dinah, take the wheel, we've got someone on our tail. I'll take care of this, but don't slow down when I leap out – I'll be fine, just follow the birdie I'll summon to guide you.

Fortunately no small animals or large birds were harmed in the course of me discovering that driving a dump truck is more a function of will than a function of training. The car following us however, well I don't think I can reasonably claim to be keeping my head down anymore. It was an accident….
Anyways we've made it to Adamas' place and I'm posting from Forsythe's phone. Which I'm going to return before I drop it because my hands are shaking.

Well, that was certainly… novel, but the crash was not of your doing, Dinah; I'd previously arranged something nefarious for potential pursuit, just in case it was needed. You did just fine, and we're all safe due to you, Dinah, so take all the time you need to recover. Also, feel free to take one of the cell phones from the box so labeled in back; call it one of the few perq's that go with this conspiracy party.
adamas, I'll leave you and Dinah to hold down the fort while I retrieve my mate; we'll be back momentarily. I'll leave the truck here, in case you need the transport, as she's got her own wheels and I've my own means of getting around solo. Just don't be alarmed by yet another unconventional vehicle.

I've got them inside and security armed. Ther- a muffled thump, crackle and scream is heard outside. There seems to be a few more targets then expected. No firearms or other nasties yet but I'm not betting on how long that'll last. Adamas looks to the side and points at something off screen.Dinah, would you be a dear and pass me a couple of the packages labled "tear gas shells?"

I'm in the truck and merely… Hera pauses as a large raven taps impudently on her window and then moves to waggle it's tail feathers at her. Well, I see my guide has made it. Hera first sticks out her tongue, then blows a kiss to the bird and starts her truck.
Sounds like you did an amazing job, Dinah. And Adamas… he wasn't kidding when he says another unconventional vehicle. When you see a black ex-firetruck barreling down the road, you'll know it's just me and the mobile field hospital. Hera pauses as the raven mock dive bombs her windshield. My feathered companion is getting antsy, so I've got to get moving but I'll be seeing you soon.
Following what seems to be a rather elaborate path of side roads, back roads, and alleyways barely large enough for the vehicle, Hera stays on the route marked out by the raven though before long she senses that's she's being followed. Fors', love… that Lincoln behind me has been there for too long. It doesn't "feel" right. No way I want someone getting me and this rig cornered out here or risk leading them to the others. Give me a moment and… Reaching out with her empathic gifts she can "feel" a small group harboring negative feelings about the truck, some directly behind her, but they are also feeling smug about being almost ready to trap her. Their friends seem to be ready to spring a barricade to block her in on one of the nearby side streets. In a frantic burst, Hera passes this on to Fors and tromps on the accelerator. Whatever they're planning on trying to put in my path is about to be driven through unless you manage to stop them, my mate. Have a care for yourself and be back soon, though I hope we're almost there.

Twin warbling, whistling sounds decend from the sky somewhere just out of view in Hera's path, and when she gets to where they landed she discovers a pair of weapon-mounted, custom rigged dune buggies whose drivers are curiously still; a moment's exploration with her senses blaringly detects that they are inexplicably pinioned to their seats by their crotches. For some reason, neither is inclined to move just yet, so Hera's truck slips past them quite unnoticed.
A minute later, another warbling sound is heard, and the Lincoln likewise finds reason to call off pursuit.

Sighing in relief, Hera continues following the raven until they come to Fors' garbage truck and a trailer that is assumably Adamas'.
Okay… I'm here, but I'll wait inside until I get an all clear. I have no desire to be fricasseed by your sentry methods, Adamas.
As she's waiting, the raven heads toward some trees. A few minutes later, though, Fors arrives and slips into the truck to wait with her.

I'm on my way back from the airport with a half-unconscious drunk metal guitarist taking up most of the space in my car. Please. Please tell me that I didn't just see what I think I saw…
Oh, who am I kidding?
Do you guys need any help?
